This wedding was such a dream to shoot! Working with Angelina Photography, we started our day in DC at the beautiful New York Avenue Presbyterian Church. Carrie and Stephen had a lovely ceremony here surrounded by all of their family and friends. Once they were pronounced husband and wife, we took portraits around DC and then made our way to the reception venue, Meadowlark Gardens at the Atrium. This venue was absolutely gorgeous! The grounds of Meadowlark provided beautiful fields (some still had snow on the ground) and an unbelievable sunset just for the bride and
groom. The reception area was a glass-enclosed atrium with streams and trees decorated in dazzling lights. It was such a perfect location to celebrate the love of this fun couple. Carrie and Stephen are two of the sweetest people I’ve ever worked with and, since Stephen is a professional photographer, the couple really valued all of their portrait time!
